Fall Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM for Youth Foundation Speed/Agility/Strength

5:45 PM - 7:00 PM for Advanced Speed/Agility/Strength

Friday: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM for Strength

Saturday: 11:00 PM - 12:00 PM for Strength class

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for Conditioning class 

Volleyball Preseason Class

November 4th - Dec 11

Monday / Wednesday: 6:00 - 7:15 PM

Kings Lacrosse - Starts Nov 4th:Tuesday 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM

Saturday 1:00 PM - 2:15 PM
