Our youth performance classes focus on speed, agility, change of direction, injury prevention, strength, and overall athletic development. Each class is geared towards teaching mechanics in order to improve performance.
Our functional adult classes are a great place for anyone to start their fitness process or to continue it. Each class works on developing the skills to weight lift properly and improve on overall health and well being.
